Leading with purpose at McKesson's flagship Experience Center—a multi-million dollar strategic initiative that transforms how we engage stakeholders through immersive brand storytelling and technological innovation.
Over 4 years, I spearheaded this enterprise-wide project from initial CEO strategy sell-in through final construction, orchestrating collaboration with 300+ subject matter experts across all business units. Building a net new team with a brand-forward approach, I pioneered the integrated content strategy that shaped both the physical environment design and guest experience journey while implementing cutting-edge technologies, including AI avatars, VR experiences, and interactive applications.
Working with multiple design, digital, and construction partners, I managed the development and approval of 500+ content pieces to ensure strategic narrative alignment. This initiative delivers McKesson's premier executive briefing capability, positioning us as a healthcare innovation leader while advancing critical stakeholder relationships and business objectives.
Results: In the first 90 days post-launch, the Experience Center hosted 1,300+ guests and engaged customers representing $140+ billion in potential revenue pipeline.
